Christmas Eve 2008

We had such a wonderful Christmas this year! It started on Christmas eve. OUr tradition is to go to church and then come home and open two present (pj's and a book) and then read The Night Before Christmas and The Christmas Story. Well, we got ready for chruch and headed to the church that is affiliated with Makena's preschool for service. We arrived 10 minutes late and...walked in to the room. It was a very neat service and very well planned but we had to leave after 30 minutes b/c Brody was being loud and friendly. The church service was very small and very quiet! So we all came home and did the rest of our traditions. Makena was so excited to have "Christmas" jammies! Brody loved his choo-choo book. When it came time for bed, both went to bed and fell asleep very quickly!
