Christmas 2008
Merry Christmas!! Makena and Brody had an amazing Christmas day! When they woke up, they were so excited to see their stocking filled and these two big bags!! Brody loved the bouncy balloon while Makena was so excited to open the bags!!! Inside her bag was a dollhouse and Brody's held a basketball net. It was so wonderful to see their excitement!!! One of Brody's gift's came from our good friend Jake. (He did not realize he gave this gift; his mom snuck it to us b/c he did not play with it anymore.) So when Brody found the riding toy under the tree, he immediately climbed on a
nd loved it! Makena looked at it and said, in a super sweet voice, "Oh Brody, look what Jessica and Jake gave you!" So much for passing it off as a gift from Santa! :) So funny! What a great Christmas!! (oh and by the way, I do not believe in getting ready before you open presents so that is why there are not a lot of pictures of the adults.)

Love Makena's reaction to the dollhouse. I seriously did not know they made bags that large to hold gifts like that. I bet the kids were very excited for those 2 gifts.
They were thrilled! Yea, the bags cost $5.00 or so...therefore, Santa is going to reuse them someday!!!
