My Way to Fly

When I fly in the fall or winter, I have a certain way of doing things. I wipes down the seats, armrests, headrests, tray tables, seat backs, and the lights/air blowers with Clorox wipes. Then I give my kids Wet Ones, which are anti-bacterial, to clean their hands frequently. When we boarded the plane last Friday, I did this on both flights and felt pretty good about fighting the war on germs. So imagine my surprise when Makena came down with a fever on Monday and started throwing up Monday night. (no, I don't say vomit...that grosses me out...) Her fever has lasted on and off for three days but thankfully the throwing up stopped. I think she is on the tail end of it, which is good. When I talked to my friend Katherine, she mentioned how the air is recirculated on planes. Great! How do I flight germy recirculated air??? Perhaps I should get face masks next time... (OK, just kidding! I wouldn't go that far.............yet....)

Ck out this oil I use on the kids..It creates a germ bubble. I put 1 drop on their feet and then a drop on thier chest so they can breathe it. I'd use it on you too..It can be found online or at a health food store... Here is the actual website to the product. Google to buy online or call around. Whenever we go to a germy place or fly. I lather that on. Lots of people I know use it too and swear by it.
