Christmas at Disney

One night we hopped into the car and met our good friends at Disney to see the fireworks, parade, and snow!  The kids were wonderful as they waited patiently for each event and we even made some new friends from Canada while waiting.  I discovered that Brody does not like fireworks.  But did like the snow!  Makena loved it all!!

Going to See Santa

This year we went to see Santa in early December with a bunch of friends.  We hopped aboard the Santa Train for a ride through a beautifully lite up Irvine Regional Park and met Santa.  Brody would not go up to him even with Makena but he did take a family picture.  Makena loved telling Santa some gifts she would like for Christmas (a guitar, Baby Alive, and ??? I forgot).  It was great fun to see our friends there too!

Christmas Party with Auntie Angie

My sister Angela's community hosted a christmas party with crafts, elves, giveaways, and more.  The kids love haning out with Auntie and doing this too was an added bonus!

Too much on my plate?

I get stressed out about doing too much.  So at 4:30 when M woke up from a bad dream, I couldn't fall back asleep because of stress.
I have to finish all the shopping...and ship it by Monday.
Plan two parties (one adult/one kids)
Bake a dessert for Friday night (ok and decide what it is...)
Buy an outfit for the holidays....ok, no cute maternity things out there.....ugh...I have been looking for a few weeks...
return gifts that I don't need (I had to save $4.00)
Go argue with Toys R Us on why they charged me for the free box of crayons and and extra 20 for a guitar...
DR appts...
Work...
Plan for company...
Try to fit in all the holiday "fun" in so cal....
Patch Therapy ( 2 hours with at least 15 minutes of fighting over it, 4 days a week...yes!)

Ahhhh....I need to get rid of some stuff on my plate!
